Best ever! Badr was very helpful and efficient with any questions I had when discussing pricing and delivery over watsapp while I was still in the UK. Rented a mobility scooter for my mum in Egypt for the week, pricing was great no hassles at all delivered to the hotel on time that suited us as we had a late flight into Egypt. I Watsapp messaged them to enquire about hire of a mobility scooter the costs for hire including delivery and collection to the hotel was more than reasonable, with a very fast response time and delivery to fit around my day.using the scooter has resulted in a pain free holiday and I will definitely do it again. BUT Badr, the chap who arranged and delivered the scooter went above and beyond when I became unwell (diarrhoea) I sent him a message on the off chance he could direct me to a pharmacist that delivered, without hesitation he arranged a pharmacy to deliver medication to the hotel reception without any expectation or charge, showing genuine kindness, and desire to help maintaining contact through Watsapp. Great customer service and I would highly recommend without hesitation.
What an amazing service. Just spent 10 days at the doubletree hotel in Sharm el Sheik and needed a mobility scooter for my husband . I contacted sharm scooter while still in the uk and they arranged to deliver directly to the hotel . The whole process was seamless. Would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them . Excellent Service. Couldn't recommend enough. Our daughter was on crutches so the electric wheelchair was a life saver. So easy to book via What's App. They delivered the wheelchair to the hotel and collected. Very stress free organisation with friendly helpful people.
This was my first experience hiring a scooter, Sham Scooters provided an excellent service. Delivery right to my hotel by car so that we could see how easy it was to transport, as we had plans outside our resort. Unfortunately we did experience a breakdown.
